A few months after I joined SpectrumDNA, we decided it was time for an identity refresh. Our previous identity felt stuff, corporate, and locked in the past, and our site failed to communicate accurately where we were headed as a company.
From a brand perspective, the new identity and site aims to communicate that we’re both approachable and nimble, ready to work with clients and determine what sort of applications are appropriate for them.
From a technology perspective, the build makes heavy use of Javascript templating (via Mustache), hash manipulation (via Ben Alman’s hashchange), and Wordpress custom post types to make sure it’s all controlled via the admin interface.
